Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Limited Warranty
All TOBOQ.com brand products, herein known as “Products”, sold on AquariumVac.com are covered by a 12-month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.

TOBOQ.com warrants its Products free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not apply to failures of the product due to improper use, installation, handling or breakage of the Product.   The warranty does not cover instances resulting from improver care, accidents, alterations, modifications, tampering in any way or negligence.  The warranty is void if the product has been repaired or serviced by an unauthorized person/company.  
The warranty is not transferable and void if/when the product is sold to a third party.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused during shipping or caused by force majeure or an Act of God.

The warranty does not cover accessories included with the product, such as cables, tubes, or any other items that may be included and shipped with the main unit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TOBOQ.com and Aquariumvac.com  shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental damages or special or consequential damages.  Buyer’s remedies as set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of TOBOQ to user with respect to Products, including the performance or breach of any contract, or from the manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, or use of any Product covered by or furnished under this warranty, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or under any warranty or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the goods upon which such liability is based. This Limitation of Liability applies to original Products and replacement goods.

Under no circumstance will TOBOQ.com and AquariumVac.com  be held liable for any physical or property damages resulting from liquid chemicals, filters while using the Products.

Return Policy
AquariumVac.com will accept returns of undamaged Products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Refund or exchange transaction will be competed upon receipt of the package in our warehouse.
Sales are final after 30 days and AquariumVac.com will not issue any credit or refunds for returned Products.
 
A 20% Restocking Fee applies to returned products.
All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Special Orders:
*Return of special customized orders are not acceptable and not refundable.

DOA (“Dead-On-Arrival”):
Upon receipt of a Product, Buyer should promptly turn on the Product to make sure it is working properly.  If the Product does not power up, or if the Product appears to malfunction, Buyer should immediately contact AquariumVac.com technical support to obtain an RMA and shipping instructions.  Upon receipt of the RMA, Buyer should return the “defective” Product to the Company, accompanied by the RMA number issued by AquariumVac.com.  At its own discretion, the Company will either repair or replace the Product.  AquariumVac.com will only accept DOA Products if returned to the Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period. (within 30 days from receipt).

Normal Products Operation and Usage:
After the 30-day grace period, should a Product suddenly stop functioning properly, Buyer should communicate with AquariumVac.com technical support team to resolve the issue.  If the issues cannot be resolved remotely with the aid of the Company’s technical support, AquariumVac.com personnel will issue the Buyer an RMA and shipping instructions so that Buyer can return the Product to AquariumVac.com for repair or exchange only.  AquariumVac.com will only accept Products if returned to the Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period. 

AquariumVac.com will only accept Product returns with an RMA. To obtain an RMA, or to communicate with the Company about any other issue and to make any inquiries, please email AquariumVac.com at cs@aquariumvac.com.  The Company will issue an RMA number and instructions for returning the product within two (2) business days after receiving a request.

AquariumVac.com management encourages all Buyers to register purchased Products at AquariumVac.com website by filling out the registration form online.

Disassembling Products and tempering with the security seal without a proper authorization from AquariumVac.com technical support team will void this warranty.

*Pump Automatic Switch. Pump will be Shut Down when output Flow blocks.

**If this unit is being used as a vacuum to clean tanks,  you must use the Stainless-Steel Micro Irrigation Water Pump Net Filter on Flow-in hose connector to avoid suction of hard particles (rocks, gravel, etc).  Warranty does not cover any damages to the internal pump as a result of hard particles.

Note: This Pump is certified and tested for water only; use with any other liquids is at your risk and not covered under warranty.

Warranty Period:  One year from purchase date. Extended warranty is available.
