Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Limited Warranty

All Toboq.com Branded products sold in aquariumvac.com are covered for LIMITED 12-MONTHS Manufacture Warranty,

Toboq.com warrants that its Products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not apply where there has been a failure of a Product due to improper use, breakage not due to defect, failure on user of faulty or improper installation, handling of the Product without reasonable care, instances where the Product has been involved in an accident, altered, abused, modified, tampered with in any way, negligently used, or where the Product has been repaired or serviced by anyone without prior authorization from the Company. This Limited Warranty does not apply to Products sold by Buyer to third parties who did not purchase the Product from Toboq or Toboq approved resellers. This Limited Warranty also does not cover damage to the Product during shipping caused by force majeure or an Act of God. This Limited Warranty does not apply to cables, tubes, accessories and any other items that may be included and shipped with the main Product unit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Toboq shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental damages or special or consequential damages. Buyer’s remedies as set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of Toboq to user with respect to Products, including the performance or breach of any contract, or from the manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, or use of any Product covered by or furnished under this Warranty, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or under any warranty or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the goods upon which such liability is based. This Limitation of Liability applies to original Products and replacement goods.

Under no circumstance will Toboq be held liable for any required liquid chemicals and filters, physical damages, or destroyed main pump unit while or as a result of using the Products.

AquariumVac.com Accept 30 days undamaged products Return.

*We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

*We will offer Refund or Exchange as soon as your package received in our warehouse.
After 30 days Product sales are final: AquariumVac.com will not issue any credit or refunds for returned Products.
*20% Restocking Fee will be applies on unwanted products.
*All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Special Orders:

*The special Custom made ordered Products is NOT Returnable.
DOA (“Dead-On-Arrival”): Upon receipt of a Product, Buyer should promptly turn on the Product to make sure it is working properly. If the Product does not power up, or if the Product appears to malfunction, Buyer should immediately contact aquariumvac.com technical support to obtain an RMA and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the RMA, Buyer should return the “defective” Product to the Company, accompanied by the RMA number issued by AquariumVac.com. At its own discretion, the Company will either repair or replace the Product. AquariumVac.com will only accept DOA Products if returned to the Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period.

Normal Products Operation and Usage: Should a Product suddenly stop functioning properly, Buyer should communicate with aquariumvac.com technical support team in order to try and resolve the issue. If the issues cannot be resolved remotely with the aid of the Company’s technical support, aquariumvac.com personnel will issue Buyer an RMA and shipping instructions so that Buyer can return the Product to aquariumvac.com for repair or exchange only. aquariumvac.com will only accept Products if returned to the Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period. aquariumvac.com will only accept Product returns with an RMA. To obtain an RMA, or to communicate with the Company about any other issue and to make any inquiries, please email aquariumvac.com at cs@aquariumvac.com. The Company will issue an RMA number and instructions for returning the product within two (2) business days after receiving a request.

aquariumvac.com management encourages all Buyers to register aquariumvac.com purchased Products on aquariumvac.com website, using the registration form on aquariumvac.com.

Opening Products and tempering with the security seal without a proper authorization from aquariumvac.com technical support team will avoid this warranty.

Aqua Alarm

It always happened to aquarium fans, while tank water runs on lower level without notice, by accident, Air tubes or water filter systems with leaking tubes that creates mess of water on cabinet or house floors and that can’t be ignored.

The Aqua alarm is designed for aquarium owners to notify any low level water accident with Flashing LED and Beep buzzer.

The Aqua alarm works with integrated 9V battery keep it in power for up to 6-9 months.

The water sensor Bracketed comes with 3 brackets options to setup the water level on your tank required.

Easy to setup, less than 3 minutes with ON/OFF switch can be Deactivate and Activate.
